These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Our full Terms and Conditions, covering GJW Engineering services as well as sales, are published at grcdistribution.com/pages/terms. Where the two differ, the full Terms and Conditions apply.

Who we are

This website is operated by GRC Distribution, the authorised UK distributor for the brands shown on the site. Specialist services are provided by GJW Engineering. Registered office: 54 St James Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB, United Kingdom.

Authorised customers only

Firearms, ammunition and other regulated items are supplied only to customers who hold the appropriate certificate or authority for the items concerned. Regulated items are not sold through online checkout. They are supplied by enquiry, and every enquiry is subject to verification in accordance with UK or Isle of Man firearms legislation, as applicable. We may decline any order or enquiry that cannot be verified.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice. Where an item is marked "Price on enquiry", the price is confirmed in writing before any commitment is made. An order placed through checkout is an offer to purchase; acceptance takes place when we confirm the order.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken in full before dispatch. Firearms are transferred only through a registered firearms dealer or by arrangement, as the law requires. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, photographs and logos, belongs to GRC Distribution, GJW Engineering or their licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from goods supplied through it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Supply of regulated items in the Isle of Man is subject to Isle of Man firearms legislation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the current one.
