Return and Refund Policy

Because of the nature of what we sell, the return conditions depend on the type of item.

Firearms

Once a firearm has been transferred to you or to your nominated dealer it cannot be returned or refunded, except where it is faulty or not as described. Supply is subject to UK or Isle of Man firearms legislation, as applicable.

Ammunition and components

For safety and legal reasons, ammunition and ammunition components cannot be returned once dispatched.

Accessories and merchandise

Non-regulated accessories and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

How to request a return

Use the enquiry form at grcdistribution.com/pages/contact, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed the return and told you where to send it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item reaching us.
