Shipping Policy

We supply customers in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man, subject to the law and licensing requirements that apply to each item.

Firearms

Firearms are not posted to private addresses. Once the appropriate certificate has been verified, a firearm is transferred to a registered firearms dealer of your choice or collected by arrangement. Please use the enquiry form to arrange a transfer.

Ammunition and components

Loaded ammunition is supplied only to certificate holders and transferred in accordance with the law. Non-regulated components, such as projectiles, are sent by tracked courier.

Accessories and merchandise

Non-regulated accessories and merchandise are sent by Royal Mail or courier, with tracking where available.

Costs and timing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of the order. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Any dates we give are estimates, and we will tell you if an order is delayed.

International orders

We do not ship firearms or ammunition outside the United Kingdom and Isle of Man. For international enquiries about accessories, please use the enquiry form; supply depends on the export regulations that apply.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please tell us through the enquiry form at grcdistribution.com/pages/contact, quoting your order number, and we will take it up with the carrier.
